Cancellation Policy
- Made-to-Order Items: All items are made to order. Once production has started on your work order, it cannot be canceled. If production has not yet begun, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
- Online Store Inventory Items: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy below will apply.
Returns
Made-to-Order Items
- Only defective items are eligible for return, either for an exchange or a full refund.
- Non-defective made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
Online Store Inventory Items
- Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- If an item is returned because of an ordering mistake or because you no longer want it, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Return Process
- Email us at [email protected] with photos of the defective or damaged item(s).
- We will provide you with the return address and send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will send you a confirmation email.
- After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If the item(s) are confirmed defective or damaged, your refund or exchange will be processed.
If the item(s) are not defective, you will be responsible for the cost of the Return Shipping Label (plus a 25% restocking fee for inventory items not due to defect).
