1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use our Site and make purchases.

2. Products & Services

Made-to-Order Items

• Custom products created based on your order. Once production has started, these orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless defective.
• Non-defective made-to-order items cannot be returned.
• Custom Order Disclaimer:
  Wood Products: Measurements may vary ±0.5–1”. Wood absorbs stains differently, and no two pieces are identical. Natural knots, blemishes, and grain are part of the product’s unique charm.
  Leather Products: Each hide may have slight color and texture variations. Natural marks, wrinkles, or scars are normal and add character.
  Leatherette Products: Made of high-quality synthetic materials; water-resistant, easy to clean, and durable.

Online Store Inventory Items

• Pre-made inventory items may be returned if damaged or defective for a full refund or exchange.
• Returns for non-defective items due to change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3. Hat Cleaning Services

• By submitting a hat for cleaning, you agree that we may refuse service for any item at our discretion.
• We exercise the utmost care, but we cannot guarantee removal of all stains or blemishes. Pre-existing conditions like sun fading, permanent creases, or dye migration may become more apparent.
• We are not responsible for damage to structurally unstable hats, hats with fragile embellishments, or materials unsuitable for our standard cleaning process.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Vue Custom Productions LP reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Products must be paid in full before the start of the order. Returns are not valid if the client changes their mind.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information or carrier delays.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been delivered to the carrier.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Please review our Cancellation and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms:

• Made-to-Order Items: Only defective items may be returned. Non-defective items are non-refundable.
• Online Store Inventory Items: Defective or damaged items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Process:

1. Email [email protected] with photos of defective or damaged items.
2. We will provide the return address and a prepaid Return Shipping Label.
3. Once we receive the returned items, we will confirm receipt by email.
4. Items will be inspected, and we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.
   Non-defective items will incur Return Shipping costs, plus a 25% restocking fee for inventory items.

7. Intellectual Property

• All pre-press works, including screens, artwork, films, embroidery files, and product designs, are the property of Vue Custom Productions LP.
• Designs cannot be reproduced without written permission.
• All content on the Site, including text, logos, images, and graphics, is protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Vue Custom Productions LP is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of products or delays caused by carriers.
• Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Customers waive the right to mediation in disputes requiring legal action.
• Resolution will be sought through the courts.
• Because each printed piece is customized and approved before production, all sales are final.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

11. Governing Law
